Return/Refund/cancellation Policy

Returns

You will have a Return Tab in your order history which will help you in initiating the returns.
Go to your My Orders Page.
*Each order will be in a different section. Scroll down to the order you want to return.
*Click the Return item button on the right side of the product you wish to return.
*Select a reason for return from the drop-down menu.
*You can even briefly explain the problem in the box that appears below the drop-down menu.
*Click Confirm to initiate your return.
 

We understand how much you value your every purchase, and we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.

As per our policy you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Post that unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it along with its original packaging.

Please make sure the product include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. If the package received does not match the above requirements, Tailors Garage holds the right to not make any refunds

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
– Return request is made outside the 7days time frame.
– Product is not in the same condition when received it or when product is damaged because of use.
– Product bought in in a Special Offer Sale.
– Products with missing serial numbers or tampered.
– Items that are returned without original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

On approval your return, in case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping charges are transferred to your original method of payment (Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s policies.

I’ve still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us at contact@tailorsgarage.cm. We will gladly help you

Cancellation

Cancellation tab will be available once your order has been conformed. Your  Cancellation will be initiated only if your order is not shipped. If your order is shipped, you will have to wait for the order to be delivered and initiate a return request if you still wish to cancel.

Upon Cancellation the entire amount paid by you including shipping charges are transferred to your original method of payment (Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s policies.
